4. If there is more than one partner in the land, notarized consent letter of remaining partners on Rs. 300/- stamp paper.

5. Proof of Photo Identity (Any One)

6. Nearest agriculture consumers light bill copy or consumer number.

7. In 7-12, if there is an entry of a joint partnership of well then remaining partners will have Consent letter on Rs. 300/- stamp paper.
