Following documents are required for Change of Name in Home (Resident) connection.

– When you buy house, the following documents will be required

1. Application form (A-1 form) with applicant’s signature and photograph

2. Copy of last light bill

3. Proof of Ownership (any one from below)

  • Registered sale document (Dastavej)
  • Index Copy (Assessment Letter)
  • Latest Tax receipt
  • Latest Municipal Tax Demand Notice/ Tax Receipt/ Property Card
  • Letter of Allotment
  • Ownership certificate issued by village level government authority

4. Old customer’s notarized consent on stamp paper of Rs. 300/-

5. If there is more than one partner in the house, the notarized consent letter of remaining partners on Rs. 300/- stamp paper.

6. Proof of Photo Identity (Any One)

  • Aadhar Card
  • Pan Card
  • Electoral Identity Card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Ration Card along with Passport size Photo
  • Photo Identity Card issued by Government Agency

– If the house is inherited (Varsai), the following documents will be required
