If you want to get a new house connection in the village then the following documents will be required.
1. Proof of Photo Identity (Any One)
- Aadhar Card
- Pan Card
- Electoral Identity Card
- Driving License
- Passport
- Ration Card along with Passport size Photo
- Photo Identity Card issued by Government Agency
2. Proof of Ownership (Any One)
- Registered Sale Deed
- Index Copy (Akarani Patr)
- Latest Vera Receipt
- Letter of Allotment
- Ownership Certificate issued by Village level Government authority
3. If Applicant is tenant, notarized lease deed shall be taken on Rs.300/- Stamp Paper OR Rental Agreement.
4. If Applicant is a Company, Trust, Educational Institute, Government Department etc. the A-1 form shall be signed by Competent Authority OR Authorized Person along with a relevant resolution / Authority letter of institution concerned.
5. If there is more than one partner in the property, notarized undertaking Rs. 300/- on stamp paper.
6. Nearest consumers light bill copy or consumer number.
