How to Download DGVCL Old Bills?
After adding the Customer Number as described in above link, the list of added customer numbers will appear as shown in the image below. If the list does not appear, navigate to the Home page, then click on ‘Manage Account’ and it will be displayed.
- The list of all the customer numbers you have added will now be displayed below. Click on the ‘Bill History’ link from the left-side menu to view or download your old bills.
- On the page below, all your added customer numbers will be displayed in a dropdown list. Select the customer number, along with the year and month for which you want to view the old bills, then click on the ‘Submit’ button.
- On the page below, you will see both the latest bill (current bill) and old bills (bill history). This will include information such as the Bill Date, Consumed Units, Bill Amount, Net Payable, and more.
- To download your bill, simply click on the ‘View Bill’ link, and your bill will open.
- If you click on ‘View Bill’ from your mobile device, the following page will open. Follow the steps below to save the bill:
- Click on the three dots (…) on the page as mentioned above.
- After clicking on the three dots, select ‘Save as PDF’.
- Enter the file name and choose the location where you want to save it.
- Finally, click on the ‘Save’ button.
- If you click on ‘View Bill’ from your computer, the following page will open. Follow the steps below to save the bill.
- Select ‘Save as PDF’ from the dropdown list.
- Click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom-right.
- A new window will appear, asking for the name of the file. Type the desired name or leave it as is.
- Click on the ‘Save’ button, and your bill will be saved as a PDF.
