2. Copy of last light bill
3. Newly 7-12, 8-A and 6-Number (ઉતરોતર નોંધ)
4. 16-Number from Talati Mantri (પાણી પત્રનો દાખલો)
5. Copy of sale document (દસ્તાવેજની નકલ)
6. Old customer’s notarized consent on stamp paper of Rs. 300/-
7. If there is more than one partner in the land, notarized consent letter of remaining partners on Rs. 300/- stamp paper.
8. Proof of Photo Identity (Any One)
- Aadhar Card
- Pan Card
- Electoral Identity Card
- Driving License
- Passport
- Ration Card along with Passport size Photo
- Photo Identity Card issued by Government Agency
