Short information

First, go to the PGVCL website.
From there go to the PGVCL Mobile Number Update page.
Now enter your Customer Number, select the Captcha, and then click on the Arrow button.
Enter your Mobile Number and Email in the box below and click on the Update button.
Now enter the OTP that you received in your Mobile Number and Email.
Then click on the Confirm button, and now the Mobile Number and Email will be added.

Now, the page below will open. First, select the Captcha by clicking on ‘I’m not a robot,’ then enter your Customer Number, and click on the Arrow button.

Now, it will display your Customer Number and Name as shown below. Next, you need to enter your Mobile Number and Email in the provided boxes and click on the ‘Update’ button.”

After that, an OTP will be sent to your Mobile Number and Email, which you need to enter in the box provided below and then click on the ‘Confirm’ button.

Following this, the message below will appear on your screen confirming that the new registration is completed, and both your Mobile Number and Email will be updated.

If you already have a Mobile Number and Email registered with your Customer Number and want to change it, you can do so by following the steps above.

In this process, you will need to remove the existing Mobile Number and Email from the respective boxes, and then enter the new Mobile Number and Email that you wish to update. After confirming by entering the OTP, the newly entered mobile number and email will be saved.
