- First download and open the PGVCL Smart Meter App.
- Then click on the Quick Pay button from it.
- Now enter your Customer Number and click on the Submit button.
- Now consumer details will show and enter the Recharge Amount and click on the Proceed button.
- Then select your Payment Method and make your payment.
- Now your recharge will be done.
PGVCL Smart Meter Recharge Online Using App
To recharge your PGVCL smart meter using the app, first, you need to download the PGVCL Smart Meter app from the link given below.

- After downloading the app from the above link and opening the app then the below page will open. Now click on the Quick Pay button from the below page.
- Now the below page will open, enter your Consumer Number and click on the Submit button. If the following screen appears for the second time, click on the Submit button again.
- Now the following page will show the Consumer Information. It will show the Consumer Name, Consumer Mobile Number, Consumer Number, Meter Number, and Current Balance of the consumer.
- Now to recharge, enter the amount you want to recharge in the Recharge Amount textbox and then click on the Prepaid Recharge button.
- The Minimum recharge amount should be Rs. 100. Below Rs. 100 will not be able to recharge.
- Now the following page will show how much amount you are recharging and will also show your Payment Reference Number. This page will also show how much extra charge you need to pay when you select your payment method. (Like Net Banking, Wallet, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI).
- Now click on the Proceed to Pay button for payment.
- Now the options for payment will open as below from which you have to select your Payment Method (like Net Banking, Wallet, Debit card, Credit card, UPI) and make your payment.
