To download the bill with the help of the chatbot, first, you have to go to GUVNL’s website e-Vidhyut Seva.

Click on the above link, then the page of e-Vidhyut Seva will open, you have to click on the round icon of the chatbot given below on the right side.

After clicking on the round icon of the chatbot, there will be many options as below, you have to click on Download Latest Bill to download the bill.

After that, the following dialog will appear in which you have to select your Discom. ex. PGVCL.

After that, you have to enter your 11-digit Customer Number in the chatbot and then click on the Arrow icon next to it.

Now as below the chatbot will give you a link to download the bill. Click on the link Click here in the following message.

Now the following page will open in mobile, follow the steps below to save the bill.

Click on the 3 dots on the page as above.
After clicking on the 3 dots, click on “Save as PDF”.
Now select a location and give any name of the file and click on the Save button.

Now the following page will open on the computer, follow the steps below to save the bill.

Select “Save as PDF” from the dropdown list.
Click the Save button in the lower-right corner.
A new window will appear asking for a file name, type a name if you want, or leave it as is.
Click on the Save button and your bill will be saved as a PDF.
