Short Information

First, download and open the DGVCL Smart Meter App.
Next, click on the ‘Continue as Guest’ link at the bottom.
Then, click on the ‘Pay Bill’ button.
Now, enter your Customer Number and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
The consumer details will appear; enter the Recharge Amount and click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
Finally, select your Payment Method, make your payment, and the recharge will be completed.

DGVCL Smart Meter Recharge Online Using App

To recharge your DGVCL smart meter using the app, first, you need to download the DGVCL Smart Meter app from the link given below.

After downloading the app from the above link and opening the app then the below page will open. Now click on the ‘Continue as Guest’ link at the bottom.

Next, you will see the page below. Now, click on the ‘Pay Bill’ button on this page.

Now the below page will open. Enter your Consumer Number and click on the Next button.

Now, the customer information will be displayed on the following page, showing the Customer Number, Customer Name, Current Balance and Meter Status.
Before proceeding with the recharge, enter your Mobile Number, Email, and the Amount you want to recharge in Recharge Amount, then tick the check box ‘I agree Online Payment Terms & Conditions’ below. It will indicate the charges applicable for the payment method you choose (such as net banking, wallet, debit card, credit card, UPI, etc.).
Then, click on the ‘Recharge’ button below.
The recharge amount should be at least Rs. 100. Recharges below Rs. 100 will not be allowed, and the prepaid recharge amount should be in multiples of 100. (e.g., 100, 200, 300, 500, 1000, 2000, etc.)

Now, the payment options will appear as shown below. Please select your preferred Payment Method (such as Net Banking, Wallet, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI) and make your payment.
